National Professional Qualification
The National Professional Qualification in Middle Leadership is a nationally accredited programme delivered by trained facilitators from Kenilworth School. This stimulating and engaging programme uses high quality learning materials, offering the opportunity to consider leadership through discussion and debate with peers and coaches.
The Programme incorporates personal learning and reflection, self-study of online modular materials; a leadership project and support through the programme by a learning coach.
